Return Policy:
Only items in resellable condition can be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned within 30 days.

Return Procedure Instructions:

• Pack all materials (in resellable condition) securely and send them to the RETURN ADDRESS below. (We recommend using an express service like FedEx or UPS.)
• Please include a copy of the invoice in the package.
• Save the tracking information until your return is processed.
• We will credit your account once the return is processed or issue a refund.

Refunds:
After we receive your returned materials, we will email you to notify you of the status of your return. We will refund or credit the open invoice to your account as you determine.

As previously noted, you are responsible for paying return shipping costs. If your order contained two or more review packs, your original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
